Leather Introduction

Crazy Horse Leather
Although it's called Crazy Horse Leather, it's actually made from cowhide. Normally, this leather is prone to scratches, but it is also easy to wipe off. It shows color changes when folded. After a few months of use, the leather will become shinier, more textured and more vintage.
Note: Try to avoid water or oil when using. If the leather gets dirty, just wipe it gently with a sponge.

To keep your plush soft, clean, and long lasting, a little gentle care goes a long way.

For everyday care, lightly shake or fluff your plush to maintain its shape and softness. If cleaning is needed, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and cold water. Gently dab the surface using a soft cloth, then allow it to air dry completely.

Avoid machine washing unless specified, as it may affect the texture and stitching. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals, and keep away from high heat sources such as dryers or direct sunlight for extended periods.

Keep your plush in a dry, clean space when not in use to maintain its quality and comfort.

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on the shipping option selected. (We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after Friday will ship the next business day.)

Approved returns include a prepaid return label for your convenience, and refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection.
