If you need to customize, please contact us before placing an order or within 2 hours after placing an order. (We usually complete printing in 24 hours.)
It is best to communicate with us before placing an order, confirm the pictures before placing the order, so as to better obtain satisfactory pictures for you.
If you have not sent us customized content or if we have not received a response from you, we will follow our original image or the image that we have designed but you have not confirmed.

Shipping / Returns
We aim to deliver your order quickly and make your experience smooth from start to finish. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped across the USA with tracking included. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on the shipping option selected. (We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after Friday will ship the next business day.)
If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. You can request a return within 15 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Simply contact our support team with your order number and clear photo or video evidence, and we will guide you through the process.
